Mission:
As the librarian at VMS my mission is to develop, maintain and improve the use of the library by students and teachers.  I will accomplish this mission by meeting with teachers on a weekly basis to plan class visits to the library and to plan academic activities in the library.  The library will be opened for students to study, do research and/or participate in leisure reading throughout the school day. I will make the  public aware, through newspaper articles and/or fliers,  of all library programs available for their use.
